- Display products according to shop merchandise plan.

- Re-stock finished and sold products.

- Ask customers the right questions and listen to their responses.

- Understand customer’s desires and goals in cycling, show them products and be informed and educated about the bikes and equipment we have in stock.

- Match the customer up with the right bike or accessory.

- Have the expertise to close the sale.

- Positive attitude and self-motivated to win every customer

- Provide the highest level of customer service

- Create a client base of customer relationships

- Communicate professionally with customers & team

- Our customers drive the success of our business and aim to deliver the best cycling experience to every person that walks into our store
