Our company is looking for a new Proposal Manager to prepare project proposals. In this position, you work with various departments throughout our company, from marketing to graphic design, to draft and prepare project proposals for presentation to upper-management and other stakeholders. You are responsible for drafting, editing, and proofreading the proposal to ensure it is in compliance with all internal regulations. The Proposal Manager will co-ordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, PPQ, ITT, RFP etc.) response whilst assembling a proposal team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal. Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
Communicate and influence at a senior level
Ability to coach sales teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practice
Proposal automation software (or similar) experience
Document template management in line with company branding
Strong time management / prioritisation skills
Strong written English language skills
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in related field (business, marketing, engineering, etc.) preferred,
Ideal candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as Proposal Manager within the Architecture /
Engineering / Construction (A / E / C) industry. Event Management preferred
Advanced user in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and Adobe Creative Suite
including In Design (Photoshop and Illustrator a plus).
Strong experience with designing marketing material is preferred.
Experience with CRM preferred.
