الوصف الوظيفي Job Description: ● To Supervise and Control QA & HSE Department. ● Generate and implement QA & HSE manuals and procedures at site, ● Supervise QA & HSE Staff, ● Develop and implement various test methods, procedures and plans, etc. required for both functions. Coordinate with all disciplines to adopt and carry out the test and its closure. ● Accountable for complete function of QA & HSE Department. ● Planning safe working practices and making necessary changes ● Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation ● Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely ● Writing internal health and safety policies/strategies ● Drawing-up safe operational procedures ● Making regular site inspections ● Compiling statistics ● Making recommendations following accidents/incidents ● Keeping up to date with developments within the profession المهارات Skills: ● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. ● Thorough knowledge of QA testing procedure, codes applied, Safety Precaution measures and its implementation at large construction sites. ● Should have a proven track record showing practical experience and efficiency in both functions. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● IT literate. ● An eye for detail. ● good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of an organization. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/quality-assurance-health-and-safety-environment-4465906/ |
