Position Summary:
Mechanical Design Engineer Responsible of create designs and technical drawings for Projects, They work closely with engineers and other professionals to create and improve Mechanical systems or processes and develop drawings for a wide variety of buildings , Mechanical designers typically work in an office setting, reviewing specifications and other data to develop mechanical layouts.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required for the mechanical systems.
Create designs in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards
Planning and executing mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs.
Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics.
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Liaising with clients, designers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure coherence.
Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices.
Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements.
Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards
Calculate cost estimates for final designs, and release reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labor, material.

Excellent Knowledge of Design
Excellent Knowledge of Electrical standards
Excellent ability to manage the concerned engineers (consultants contractors & suppliers)
Knowledge of local agency standards
Planning, forecasting and scheduling skills – Resource estimation
Details oriented
Excellent experience with world’s latest merchandizing and layout designs related mechanical materials, systems and use
Work with contractors and Local agencies
High-Level Technical Skills in processes and products. Cost estimation skills
High standards of quality and excellence in relation to completed projects
Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree mechanical engineering.
Mechanical Systems, Mechanical Troubleshooting, mechanical Testing Design, Project Management & supervision.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in design & supervision, construction and Installation of the mechanical works and materials
Possessing 3-4 Years’ experience in the Local market, identifying living traditions and customs, exposure to the world new residential technologies and designs.
Proficient in related software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop etc.)
