الوصف الوظيفي · Managing the relationship with SAP & ORACLE and all internal partners (maintain excellent relationship with the SAP/ORACLE AEs & PAMs) · Maintain professional and high level customer service and satisfaction at all times · Manage new customer relationship · Prepare and monitor the sales pipeline and closure dates · Work closely with pre-sales in setting the stage for any presentation/demo to customers · Be on top of Bids and ensure Bids and proposals are submitted on time · Follow up on the proposals submitted · Provide assistance and guidance to presales and team members especially during the early interaction stages with the customers · Ensure that the quality of work is maintained on the projects and liaise with Delivery and Quality managers · Ensure that invoicing for customer is done on time and follow-up on payments · Comply with SAP & ORACLE requirements (training, partnership enablement) المهارات · Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry · Work with Marketing Department to ensure that the website, Twiter, Face Book & Instagram are always active and up to date · Previous experience in ERP sales in KSA is a must (minimum 5 years) · Fluent in English. Arabic language is a plus. · If not a Saudi citizen, then candidate must hold a transferrable iqama · If candidate has worked before in ERP sales in KSA, then company will bring him to KSA with a fresh visa. · Other IT sales (outside ERP) will be given to the candidate.
