Planning & Implementation: Supports the implementation of the Global/HUB Division and BU strategies and ensures profitable growth in local market.
Business Planning & Forecasting: - Translates strategy into business plans and establishes measurable targets.
- Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface to HUB Division Controller.
- Evaluates financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions.
Business Performance: Ensures development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensures achievement through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
- Focus on achievement of Total Demand Orders (ABB and 3rd Party), Revenues Gross Margin, OCF, SG&A;expenses, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Cross Division New Orders. Special attention on growth, margins and net price realization by product, customer and channel required.
Financial Reporting: In coordination with the Country CFO and HUB Division Controller, establishes and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
- Ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
- Performance analysis, review & proposal for actions to management supporting business performance. Enforcement of country and BU specific finance directives and instructions, enforcement of Group Accounting and Reporting Guidelines and if applicable filing as per local (legal) requirements.
Commercial excellence: - Ensures and supports accuracy and effectiveness of commercial processes including market price positioning, quotation, sales price management, and credit and collection management. Identify, account for and manage potential risks in the country relating to frame contract agreements.
- Supports effective implementation of sales, marketing and logistics activities in the country.
Standards & Governance: - Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules and regulations (including direct and indirect taxation, international transfer pricing regulation), tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Ensures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Defines and supports implementation of internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. In
coordination with the Hub/Lead Division controller, and Country, CFO, responsible for Assurance, SOX and overall oversight on the governance.
Operational Excellence & Quality: - Drives cross functional collaboration and process improvement such as with shared service centers, support (customer) services, etc.
Internal Controls & Compliance: - Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules and regulations (including direct and indirect taxation, international transfer pricing regulation), tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Ensures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Defines and supports implementation of internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. In coordination with the Country CFO, responsible for Assurance, SOX and overall oversight on the governance.
Risk Management: - Assesses business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance in own area of responsibility. Ensures risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility and in the country.
OHS & Integrity: - Supports ensuring a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement processes and integrity performance. Personally lives the organization values and Group standards.
People - Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Guides, motivates and develops direct/indirect subordinates within HR policies.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting/Commerce or Chartered Accountant/CPA.
5 years or more of Finance/Accounting Experience.
MBA is an advantage.
Fluent in English communication (both written & spoken) is required.
