About the company: we are a design and execution company of fit out projects in the hospitality, commercial , F&B;, and other industry. Located in Khobar. we are mainly specialized in design and execution of restaurant and coffee shops among other commercial projects
Job Role: - Undertake design project from concept to completion - Outline client design objectives, determine project cost and set a timeline for the completion of the project - Conceptualize, sketch design plans and conduct client presentations - Create sample or mood boards - Source materials, set a cost estimate and produce BOQ - Supervise work and site progress and work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
المهارات
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience, at least 3 years in the KSA –
using AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs is a must
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Excellent presentation and project management skills - Must be able to provide portfolio of design work.
Create detailed designs
Ability to set up schedule of project and timeline
Ability to estimate resources requreid including labor and materils
Ability to Produced detailed BOQ ,cost estimate , Tendering and Budgeting package
