الوصف الوظيفي The main purpose of the Techno-Functional Consultant, SCM position is to support Fusion Applications, particularly under the Supply Chain Management Procurement pillars (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Model, and Supplier Portal) for AMHEC businesses. Duties and responsibilities · Reporting to the Unit Head, Integrated Business Solutions, the Techno-Functional Consultant, SCM will provide expertise and knowledge in the Purchasing, Inventory , Order Management, Supply chain planning, Product Master Data management, Logistics and Supply chain. · Facilitate in Oracle SCM Planning, cloud and SCM business processes especially, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay · Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, including requirements gathering & analysis, system design & development, testing, and implementation · Assist business users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment · Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions · Identify functionality gaps in Oracle SCM Cloud and build extensions for them · Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle SCM Cloud functionality · Validate configuration and data for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion configurations/setups and provide support · Conduct Functional/Technical Design workshops for Oracle SCM Cloud Fusion configuration and support · Responsible for configuring and maintaining: - Product Information Management - Order Management - Logistics, and Cost Management - SCM approval hierarchies - encumbrance and budgetary control - inventory planning · Interacting with Business teams in case of new requirements or training, identify functionality gaps in Oracle SCM and build extensions for them. · Conduct functional and technical analysis to support business requirements and development of associated functional and technical specifications. · Provide level (3&4;) support for any escalated with the users, handholding and respond to queries · Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and provide permanent fix · Evaluate requirements from users, prepare change requests for approval by change management with solution approach , with effort and cost estimates · Prepare design – Functional and Technical Architecture · Review functional setups & configuration and take corrective action · Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for solution · Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA, Technical consultant and other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes and enhancement(s) through the appropriate processes currently in place · Provide user training to users on new functionalities · Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality deliverables · Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone “live” and “online” · Develops and documents AMHEC’s expertise, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP · Identifies and monitors key IT functional KPIs, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement · Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager Health & Safety · Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others · Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and co-operate with his/her supervisor’s instructions. Working conditions · Nature or work may require working beyond standard working hours Physical/ Travel requirements Travel (up to 20%) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to AMHEC’s sites, yards and branches Direct reports 1. N/A المهارات · Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent field, MBA is a plus · Oracle SCM Fusion Cloud Certification. · 6-8 years of experience in a similar position, with experience at least three to four Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle SCM Cloud products, from planning to configuration through go-live. · Basic Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules is preferred · Support clients with the execution of test scripts · Expert in implementations with extensive experience in Distribution modules i.e. Purchasing, Order Management, shipping, Advanced pricing, incentive compensation, inventory, procurement, Warehouse Management … etc · Knowledge on upstream systems and modules · Expert in Implementation, enhancement & support activities within Oracle ERP Environment · Demonstrated ability to drive implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems – Oracle · Must be able to communicate fluently in English; written & verbal – Arabic language is a plus · Possess strong analytical skills, is highly meticulous and someone who has an eye for details · Ability to prioritize time and tasks · Creativity in resolving complex issues surrounding business process and technical challenges · High level of commitment and positive attitude on achieving both departmental and business objectives تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/techno-functional-consultant-scm-4242359/ |
