Cake Decorator, Female or Male with experience in Cake Baking & 2D/3D Decoration. Should be able to work under pressure to achieve optimal customer experience. Should have time management skills to meet up with delivery deadlines. Candidate should follow strict hygienic practices and be able to efficiently implement quality control processes. Successful candidate shall receive 1 day off in a week, 30 days paid annual leave, bi-annual economy return ticket & private medical insurance. Overtime pay .
If you are selected you will be invited to come in for an assessment. This is a 4 - 6 hour period of time where you will work alongside a senior team leader. This will give us a better understanding of if you are the right person for this role, and of course is a great opportunity for you to see whether the role is right for you.

Decorate a cake from A-Z (includes cutting the cake, assembling the cake with fillings, covering with fondant, and creating detailed decoration)
Create 3D fondant toppers with detail
Manage all mixing of colors for icings and make sugar paste ornaments
Design cakes for various events such as weddings, birthdays, etc.
Great attention to detail and creativity
Organizing and leadership skills
Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
Time management
