الوصف الوظيفي Manage the people: Daily control and leadership through the functional line of the operations, and coordinate actions with other departments. Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Manpower in Charge for the Operations Department to define, implement and follow-up the operational KPI’s throughout the entire organization, e.g. labour efficiency, occupation rates, execution time, mobilization & demobilization, external costs, etc. Create an environment in which operational staff can develop and grow. Together, you will ensure function descriptions, evaluations, training, sufficient operational knowhow are available. Assist Operations Manager to implement and improve the operational standards Assist Operations Manager to implement the target operations manual; collect existing processes; procedures, and especially method statements in close collaboration with QHSE and the Operations Manager, and come to one standard operations manual to be followed by operations from management to front-line. Ensure in close collaboration with Manpower in Charge and HR that all employees in the operations departments have standardized job-descriptions, and have evaluations done with major emphasis on the operators and site leadership Together with the Operations Manager you will develop, implement and manage for operational excellence through the different departments in Operations. Remain up to date with the latest evolutions and developments in the operations department, operations management, and our products (cranes, trailers, loaders etc.) Assist the Operations Manager and others: Controls the technical execution record and the hoisting drawings with regard to feasibility and safety aspects. Compares actual scope and planning with contractual scope and planning. Manage all the timesheets for proper utilization and invoicing purpose. Order and follow up on equipment, personnel and transport. Initiates and follow-up the daily and weekly reporting of the hires through timesheets and daily reports for the correctness of utilization. Compares the real execution with the contractual scope and planning with regard to supplementary costs. Operators: (Assisting Operations Manager, Manpower in Charge and Coordinators) Provide induction to new employees Decide who operates which machine Overview of training school/identity all training needs Selection of operators for all certification Approve leave requirements and planning of leave Control and minimize non client overtime Check and control Timesheets/crane check sheets Liaise with Client / Customer / Sales department when a client has an issue with operators Cranes and other equipment (All cranes exit/entry) (Assisting Operations Manager, Manpower in Charge and Coordinators) Decide which crane gets assign to which clients Manage and instruct mobilization/demobilization of crane and equipment Manage transport (own and hired in) for mobilization/demobilization Liaise with the maintenance with regards to crane and equipment under repair and/or need attention Coordinate with client onsite activities Investigate and liaise with HSE regarding incidents/accidents Control of non-maintenance areas, excluding camps Itemize and manage stock of all operational crane items Itemize and manage stock take of all lifting tackle Itemize and manage stock take of all operational auxiliary equipment Environment, Health, Safety & quality (Assisting Operations Manager, Manpower in Charge and Coordinators) Follows up the safe execution on-site and observes the QHSE regulations: Reports incidents & (near) accidents in accordance with the QHSE Policies. Responsible for method statements and procedures for certain operational activities. Manages equipment certificates / make sure equipment is certified for operations.
