الوصف الوظيفي · Develop and implement HSE training for the project including orientation, hazard analysis & safety leadership. · Implement robust contractor management process including pre-selection, orientation and on-the-ground review of performance (informal & formal) · Ensure effective hazard & incident management processes are implemented including the use of the WP Omnisafe system. · Implement effective Emergency Preparedness and Response plans aligned with WP & Client Crisis Management Plans. · Recruit HSE personnel required to support the project · Coach & mentor direct reports and project team members to improve HSE skills and competencies. · Liaise with WA HSE professionals to identify & share improvements · Participate in HSE inspections & audits across WA sites المهارات · Understanding of the principles and practices of HS Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems. · Proven capability in managing and controlling budgets and schedules along with strong leadership and communications skills. · Solid strategic planning ability within a Commercial environment, also being able to operate at Senior Management level · A relevant tertiary qualification, gained within an Analytical discipline (eg: Environmental Science) · Accredited Auditor qualifications · Certificate IV in Workplace Training (Cat 2) تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/hse-engineer-4135171/ |
