الوصف الوظيفي Cooperate with other colleagues for smooth running of the department. Any other assignment given by the Chief Medical Officer or the Management. Covering the Out-patient service according to the schedule. On-call coverage for emergency cases as per schedule. Management of pediatric In-patient admitted under his/her care, including daily rounds, follow-up orders and discharge. Responds to consultations from various department. Participate in the hospital Continuous Education program. Participating in different committees such as infection control, safety and performance improvement to keep updated with the current practices. Suggest plans to the head of department for improving the work. Participates in developing policies and procedures in the department. Implementation of medical administrative policies and procedures. Reviewing and signing medical reports for patients admitted under his/her care. Provides full explanation regarding the plan of care and the available treatment options to the patient and care giver in a simple language.
