Responsible for content development and marketing activities
Responsible of the monthly/annual Profit and Loss reports for all branches. This also includes the creation
of the monthly sales and expenses budget
Monthly ordering of all products and operational supplies, as per the monthly/quarterly branches
consumption and warehouse and stores storing capacity
Monthly management of all payroll and related which includes: bonuses, benefits, accrued vacations,
indemnity, overtime, attendance, etc)
Ongoing monitoring of all food and beverage costs which includes the monthly wastage report, spoilage,
and central kitchen margin/credit account
Management of the central head office and support services which includes:
o human resource,
o public relations,
o governmental affairs,
o project management,
o information technology,
o marketing,
o franchise relations,
Monthly menu engineering report, this includes monthly reviewal of the top and bottom selling items in
the menu and close overview of the customers acceptance
Reviewal of the potential locations to ensure the expansion of five (5) branches are reached, as per the
business plan, to insure the implementation of the business strategy of the company
