The Customer Services Manager will be responsible for Quotations, Orders, and Logistics (delivery and warehousing) ensuring a seamless handover is achieved to streamline the delivery process and service to customers.

1. Main job responsibilities
• Ensure direct inbound and outbound logistics functions such as warehousing operations and transportation activities such as truck loading, routing, and unloading are managed effectively.
• Establish and monitor supply chain-based performance measures for periodical review and report to Executive Management.
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, interview and approve those with acceptable product availability and terms of sales.
• Ensure requested quotations are accurately prepared and issued within requested timescales.
• Ensure the effective preparation and processing of requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
• Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
• Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
• Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
2. Required Experience
• Have 7+ years’ experience in purchasing, warehousing, shipping, receiving or a similar Supply Chain capacity in support of industrial product sales, service and repair operations.
3. Professional Qualifications / Certifications
• Certification in Purchasing or Supply Chain management.
4. Academic Qualifications
• Bachelors or above degree required.
5. Additional Requirements
• English: Writing, Speaking, and understanding.
• Good negotiating skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable authorities.
• Excellent IT Skills (e.g.MS-Office and windows).
