Senior Procurement Specialist

Our client an Urban Real estate developer is hiring a Senior Procurement Specialist.  You will be responsible for planning, directing, guiding and monitoring all procurement processes, including vendor selection and vendor contracts. This will be achieved by establishing effective strategies, plans, policies, procedures, and standards that ensure that all consulting, contracting and material requirements for all projects are available as needed, within agreed project budgets and to expected standards.

The role will support the aggressive growth and expansion in line with the Company’s overall strategic objectives.

· Management of all RFP and tendering processes.

· Designing and implementing standard terms and conditions related to all purchasing activity, be that professional services, contractor and materials

· The design and execution of clear and commercially based vendor contracts that ensure that the obligations of all parties, their rights, and their rewards are clearly defined within

· The application of the “trilemma”, balancing the choices of Cost Time Quality such that all contractors and materials are the best possible outcome for a given budget

· Management of the supply chain for material delivery, such that all projects have the required materials on-site as required to support the contractor delivery schedules

· Management of any variation orders attached to any contractor attached to an existing project, such that the variation is both a valid claim and within the terms of existing contracts.

المهارات
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

· Professional Procurement and negotiation qualification

· Minimum of 10 years of related and relevant experience from a Real Estate or Construction
