The Operations Coordinator (OC) will be reporting directly to the Operation Manager (OM) and work closely with other team members. OC is entirely responsible for handling the administrative tasks related to the Franchise and Stores Operations, while meeting all requirements of suppliers and key customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Work closely with the Operation Manager (OM), Finance Department, and Procurement Supervisor, in order to ensure smoothness of operations.
· Assist OM to maintain good communication with Franchiser, Franchisees, Finance, HR, GR, key suppliers, and key customers.
· Assist OM to achieve operational efficiency in all stores.
· Generate required reports from F&B;outlets as required by OM.
· Assist OM to ensure compliance on all inventories on a monthly basis.
· Updating POS and Inventory System contents whenever required.
· Assist in Implementation of operational plans (in line with instructions of OM and in line with the available Operation Manual, which is standard).
· Assist OM in controlling contractual and commercial issues and disputes.
· Assist OM maintaining the Business’ health, safety and legislative adherence.
· Assist OM in ensuring discipline among all the Franchise operations.
· Assist OM in ensuring that best practices are followed in safety, legality and quality of service.
· Assist OM in managing/supervising the entire process of opening new branches.
· Assist OM in managing/supervising the entire process of launching kiosks at events.
· Prepare required bookings for international operations team whenever necessary.
· Schedule meeting appointments with key customers and vendors.
· Responsible for performing any additional duties as requested by the Operation Manager and as required by Business Operations.
المهارات
- Must have several years of experience in F&B;, Retail, Logistics or in any franchise businesses.
- Academic Degree in Management, Hospitality, or F&B;is a plus.
- F&B;administrative operations knowledge.
- Strong analytical and communicative skills.
- Staying up to date with technological changes within the industry.
- Ability to deal with advanced software.
- Ability to use all Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Resides in KSA or able to move to KSA.
- Speaking Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure.
