-To undertake all Subcontracts preparation in accordance with the company policy and procedure
-Preparation of RFQ for consultancy services & Engineering related studies.
-Overall review of the commercial bids on opening and follow-up with vendors for any missing details and for technical/commercial clarifications.
-Issue clarifications and amendments to contracts.
-Work as a team member in project contracts and contribute to implementation and close out.
-Advises user department in selecting the criteria for evaluation of bids.
-Arranges and coordinates technical evaluation of bids by user departments.
-Analysis for price structures to obtain the best commercial option.
-Advise the PM in taking the right decision for selecting the optimum bid.
Preparation & obtaining approval for the Commercial evaluation and to award the contract.
-Take lead role in negotiating with contractors for the price as well as other contract terms, as and when required to get the best value for the company within the established procedures of company.
-Post contract administration in settlement of Commercial disputes, claims, arriving at extra rates, issue of change orders etc. based on project Manager recommendation
-Obtaining feedback from users and implementing for future improvements in contracts based on Sub Contractor evaluation Form.
-Advise users in implementing contract requirements and interpreting contract terms
-Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his job as spelled out in Management system documentation, policies, procedures, local documentation, -Management System Manual, Safety Manual and other related documents
-Review of scope of work, developing suitable Terms & Conditions and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. Formulate suitable contract strategy depending upon the scope, value, type and time schedule. Select the most appropriate bidders list. Obtain approval for the strategy from procurement manager/Project services manager. Lead role in conducting pre-contract meetings and co-ordinate with user, finance and legal in providing clarifications. Co-ordinate technical evaluations, conduct commercial evaluation, and obtain approval for award. Prepare legally binding Letter of Indents, Contracts and Change Orders
المهارات
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-5 years as minimum experience.
-Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and of others who may be affected by your actions.
-Co-operate with MAH by following all relevant health and safety policies and practice safe work habits.
-Not to misuse any equipment and report any damaged equipment.
-Report all injuries, incidents and near misses and to proactively support our behavioural based observation system.
-Implement established procedures to ensure compliance to Quality and HSSE requirements.
-Identify opportunities for improvement in Quality and HSSE and notify the relevant department.
-Review process Risk register at defined period and provide necessary input.
-Experience in sourcing and procurement activities on large projects in the oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical industries.
-Good communication skills.
-Possess a thorough understanding of procurement processes and their application within a relevant business environment.
-Have an understanding of purchasing reporting requirements to Project Management, -Vendors and Clients.
-Proficiency in the use of MS Office® software.
