Prequalification Specialist is considered as the focal point for all Prequalification Activities related to JAL/JACR/JHR. Major Responsibilities: 1.Understand JAL/JACR/JHR Business requirement 2.Understand JAL/JACR/JHR PQ requirement 3.Collect and Document all PQ 4.Maintain PQ library 5.Collect Data from all Concern 6.Constant coordination with all Sales and Marketing Teams 7.Follow up all submitted PQ/RVL/AVL list 8.Identify new Project list through On Line tolls like MEED and other Online publications 9.Excellent PQ format 10.Professional PQ submission 11.Defining all possible end users, contractors and consultants. 12.Identifying key personnel 13.Keeping the customer database updated in CRM system 14.Maintain Marketing Lead 15.Update Presentation Material 16.Update Social Media links 17.Update News 18.Update and coordinate with Business Brand 19.Update JAL Principal Information 20.Performs technical presentations and promotions to customers. 21.Builds customer relationship and awareness of the company’s Business Lines. 22.Regularly update Customer Relationship Management report. 23.Responds to customer complaints and ensure relevant departments are informed and solutions applied up to customer satisfaction. 24.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys on an annual basis. 25.Review & Maintain KPI |
