الوصف الوظيفي Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters. Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance. Partners with operational leaders to assess if employees demonstrate effective technical and leadership skills. Providing direct training to core and temp employees. Works with management and human resources colleagues to manage the On-Boarding Process. Monitors key metrics to spot trends in technical performance within their assigned region and impacts training accordingly. Fulfills training material creation, testing, and implementation. Creating and refining skillset assessment tools. Driving continuous improvement of the training program. Promotes and informs employees about all training programs. Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes. Meets regularly with participants to assess progress and address concerns. Reviews comments, satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement. Participates in the development of the training budget as required. Other duties as required.
