Provides a time management/diary service for the General Secertary to ensure ability to attend all key meetings at the appointed time. Assists in assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff6. Allocation of resources to enable task performance. Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency. Ensure filing systems are maintained and current9. ensure security and confidentiality of data. Updates and maintains the General Secertary’s calendar. Coordinates and sets up high-level conference calls, board and management meetings, special events and travel arrangements. Develops documents and communication for various requests, reports, and letters. Gathers and reports on defined executive operational metrics. Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of company reports and slide presentations for board meetings. المهارات At least 2 years Exp. in the field of office management Writing, reading and speaking in both Arabic and English languages.
