• Create organizational charts and revise descriptions of job positions and duties
• Create and review descriptions of job duties and qualifications for positions
• Design systems and define criteria for evaluating the performance of employees, management, departments and systems
• Research and compile information on the entity’s organizational system and structure
• Survey employees and management on subjects such as work environment, skills, relationships with others in organization and job satisfaction
• Identify types, sources and causes of dysfunction, conflicts and gaps in skills of personnel
• Propose reassessment, additions, and modification of organizational goals
• Assess the current effectiveness of departments or systems in the organization
• Implement action plans and strategies for improving the performance and effectiveness of personnel in the organization
• Coach and consult management and others in a supervisory role on leadership development, conflict resolution and other management skills
• Indicates of poor company performance and links the lack in performance to problems in organizational structure and culture.
المهارات
• Determine the presence of conflicts, ineffectiveness and other problems based on survey data.
• Analysis to spot the causes of and solutions to problems and to measure the effectiveness of the solutions.
• Communication skills consist of listening to comments, concerns and feedback from stakeholders and the ability to clearly explain findings, conclusions, and suggestions.
• Must be able to write reports and descriptions that clearly explain the state of the organization and expectations.
• Ability to mediate and resolve disagreements.
• Encourage and implement changes in the structure of the organization and the work and responsibilities of personnel.
• Strategic thinking in identifying problems and suggesting solutions.
Requirements:
• Saudi National ( M/F )
• Bachelor degree in HR, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent MS Office skills
• CIPD or SHRM or any other professional certificate is a plus.
