Responsibilities:
Setting the communication channels to be used externally and internally
Formulating the proper procedures to be followed in communication
Set communication standard to be used in reporting and meeting memos
Share progress reports/updates with all stakeholders
Scheduling meetings with clients, and set meeting agendas
Maintaining relations with clients
Communicate the state of the team to higher management
Take-action on cases out of agent’s authority
Solve tickets raised by clients (partners) through the help email
Answer calls and solve issues
Escalate issues to team leaders when it can’t be solved
Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategybased on our target audience.
Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions,tours and visits
Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaignsprogress
Dealing with any inquiries from partners.
Establishes policies with client information; confirming pricing and delivery fees
Deliver presentations at organizational events,
Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect Pace perception andreputation.
Maintaining partner-specific event calendars
Requirements:
Saudi National ( Male/ Female)
Bachelor Degree in MIS, IT or Business administration
1 - 3 years experience in CRM, project management or delivery solutions
المهارات
Excellent English language ( Verbal and Written )
Advanced MS Office Skills ( Excel )
High analysis and technical skills
Excellent communication skills
