Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy with existing clients
Developing and determining customized plans for clients
Identifying areas of growth both nationally and internationally
Setting a list of priorities and long-term goals for the operation team to work on.
Identifying gaps in which better solutions or processes can be implemented
Coordinating with product on new features and solutions
Developing new solutions to problems with a business-friendly approach (accounting to budget and time concerns)
Define new and creative solutions to be implemented.
Categorizing each client geographically, functionally, and in size and importance
Planning and improving existing plans to achieve company goals and long-term strategy
Develop proposals and pitches to new clients (based on category)
Following up on new business opportunities
Setting the growth agenda and prioritizing focus on service or market orientation of growth
Perform risk assessment for each client
Set the standards for risk identification, analysis, and treatment
Coordinate creating risk response planning with relevant departments
Requirements:
Saudi National ( Male/ Female)
Bachelor Degree in MIS, IT or Business administration, Finance, Accounting
1 - 3 years experience in CRM, project management or delivery solutions
المهارات
Excellent English language ( Verbal and Written )
Advanced MS Office Skills ( Excel )
High analysis and technical skills
Excellent communication skills
