We are looking for Project Director for Al Khobar.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage diverse groups of people
Strong technical background and understanding of multi-discipline projects
Multi-cultural experience & sensitivity
Superior communication skills and fluent English required
Ability to analyses data, make sound commercial decisions, and take accountability for performance
Thorough understanding of project planning, resource loading, progress, performance, staffing
Ability to coach and mentor your team
Coordinates and directs all functional managers to ensure full compliance with all project requirements.
Accountable and fully responsible in meeting project objectives and Company directions.
Also has overall responsibility for obtaining the necessary project resources to plan and execute the work.
Planning, scheduling and organizing all phases of a large project;
Monitoring and controlling expenditures;
Ensuring quality and safety standards and procedures are followed;
Participating in studies, project definition and technical bid preparation for projects.
Determining the need for investigation and modifications;
Participating in the development of long-range plans;
Establishing project objectives and priorities;
Ensuring quality and safety standards and procedures are followed;
Providing expert advice on designs, processes and other project activities.
