-Based in the Abu Dhabi office, reports to Regional Director Advisian.
Will be working on feasibility studies, Concept / Select, PreFEEDs, Consulting and Advisory Management Consulting, operational excellence type studies etc.
-Front End (FEL 1 and FEL 2) projects; responsible for delivery and execution thereof
-You may also have direct responsibility for pricing proposals, financial delivery
-Leading a team, running projects and or studies
-Client facing and leading projects / studies or consulting a client
-Responsibility for supervising, coordinating and training of junior Engineers
This will be across both Upstream (onshore or Offshore) and Midstream (gas plants etc) projects and studies, asset integrity and optimisation studies
المهارات
-A minimum of at least 10- 25 years of experience in business, preferably within WorleyParsons Organization, or similar competitors.
-Experience in Front End Studies & advisory, Concept/ Select, Consulting, PreFEEDs
-Hydrocarbons background, feasibilities, upstream / midstream projects/studies experience.
-Process background – has been Senior / Lead process eng, on similar type work (Chemical Engineering degree preferred, or Mechanical Eng considered)
-To be someone who is used to ‘front end’ consulting and have a track record in a delivery position
-Previous exposure with clients leading business development and proposals.
-Presenting to clients (presentations of solutions / concepts / study recommendations etc)
-Monitor the project control requirements. (project management experience)
-You will need to have the confidence and experience of understanding and delivering key messages to our clients about the purpose, -business case and how economics fit in to the larger picture
-Preferable Onshore experience (upstream, oil field, gas processing etc) – but offshore considered
-Excellent analytical and research skills
-Excellent communication and listening skills will be required.
