JACOBS has a strong track record in helping many of the world’s global cities develop visionary strategic designs and due to continued investment and recent Water Master Planning wins within Saudi Arabia our Middle East operation is seeking experienced Water Engineers keen to gain exposure on large scale design projects as well as work with some of the largest clients in the GCC.
As an already accomplished Engineer you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the design, specification and code compliance of national water master plans throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Project Lead, you will be responsible for the following: -
· Undertaking project tasks and engineering design on water and wastewater projects at various stages in the project life cycle, while ensuring technical excellence and best practice to specification.
· Provide input to Designers / Draftsmen for preparation of drawings, review/check the drawings and guide the designers/draftsmen
· Interact / coordinate with other disciplines for input, other information as required for proper completion of work, and also interact and Meet Client / PMC, Vendors and Other Third Parties, if required, for the Project requirements
·Review and check design calculations, drawings, to ensure technical correctness and conformance to project requirements, including review of 3-D model
المهارات
As a successful candidate you will be Degree qualified in either Civil Engineering or in a Water/Environmental related discipline. You will come with at least 15-years of post-qualification experience in water engineering.
You will have excellent communication skills essential for interdisciplinary and interoffice coordination. This is a long-term opportunity, where we expect successful applicants to reside in Kingdom, so you will be familiar with the cultural settings from within Saudi Arabia.
