الوصف الوظيفي
-Provide expert input in pipe stress analysis and design of piping systems to Company engineering studies and FEED projects
-Conduct pipe stress engineering of critical lines in piping systems as per ASME codes using CAESAR II software
-Perform formal manual stress analysis calculations when required
-Perform evaluation of Nozzle Loads and Flange Leakage
-Prepare stress isometric drawings
-Coordinate design of exclusive pipe supports as needed
-Support lead piping & pipeline engineers to develop and review pipe reinforcement parameters where required
-Develop detailed data sheets and requisitions for pipe stress equipment and materials
-Review vendor drawing submittals and conduct technical bid evaluation
-Interact frequently with various engineering disciplines and departments
-Provide magnitude of hydrostatic and operating loads acting on guides and supports
-Carry out, review, approve and / or supervise study and design work using Company and Client design methods, standards and data, to a high quality and in accordance with Project requirements
-Ensure that Company and Client’s Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are complied with
-Actively support business development through participation in professional conferences, direct business development activities and client relationship building
-Travel to site, if required
المهارات
-Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
-Minimum 10 plus years of experience in diverse roles in Design, Consulting and / or EPCM project environment
-Expert in static and dynamic pipe stress analysis
-Solid experience in analysis of complex piping / pipeline systems (i.e. jacketed, high temperature, buried, etc.)
-Excellent knowledge of ASME engineering codes and standards relevant to Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals industries
-Excellent communication, mentoring, coaching and collaboration skills
-Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
-Proficiency in CAESAR II, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
-Familiar with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards
