-Be a Safety leader and champion safe working policies and practices
-Member of the WAH LT
-Accountable for P&L;and cash recovery of offshore contracts.
-Leads and directs all offshore-focused staff (vast majority are office based in Al Khobar)
-Executes all contracts in his/her portfolio
-Ensures use of WAH tools & processes, sharing of best practices among the PM’s.
-Business Development for new offshore opportunities and Customer Relationship Management with existing clients in close partnership with Head of BD.
-Supporting the implementation of and continued improvement of the Quality Management and project management systems
-Delivery of proposals via assignment of bid managers/project managers
-Sponsorship of selected Project Management and -Project Execution related initiatives
-Monitoring workload projections and ensuring deployment of sufficient resources (which will require close cooperation with the Engineering Director)
-Resolution of inter-project conflicts
-Manage all people assigned to offshore contracts effectively, consistent with WAH people systems.
Appraising direct reports on a regular basis
-Maintaining and promoting Company Values
-Promoting the capturing and implementation of lessons learned on Projects
المهارات
-Must have strong knowledge of offshore and experience of FEED projects. Ideally a mix of greenfield and brownfield experience. Fabrication/Construction experience would be beneficial.
-Must have thorough knowledge of engineering design development, construction practices, economic principles, international codes, standards, procedures and specifications.
-Strong financial and commercial understanding of projects.
-Ideally >20 years of relevant experience required
-BS Engineering Degree or equivalent
-Knowledgeable and conversant with Project Management Institute® (PMI). Current PMP certification preferred.
-Proven experience in the management of engineering and procurement projects
-Experience with Mega Projects management
-Proven record of high performance project planning and execution management in coordination with in-house teams, multi-licensors and third parties to ensure full compliance with all project requirements
-Able to lead others in a challenging environment .
-Able to make decisions and drive decision processes.
-Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills .
-Well-developed management and administrative skills.
-Works within a team to establish direction, alignment and commitment.
-Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities. Tactful, mature, and flexible.
-High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects
-Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong analytical and reasoning abilities and superior numerical skills.
-Well organized, credible and decisive.
