The Financial and Administration Manager is responsible for guiding the administration’s team, requiring compliance with procedures involving the administration of the Project in all the locations from where the project will be developed, including the Administration Department on site.
The main functions of the project’s Financial and Administration Manager are:
• Control, check and filter information given to or received from shareholders (balance sheets, income statements, etc.).
• Identify financial requirements and the necessary resources to meet cash requirements throughout the project.
• Receive and check account and administrative reports on a monthly basis, ensuring they represent a true and fair view of the project’s income and expenditure.
• Plan the project’s tax and financial management.
• Management of invoices, including among others the elaboration and submission of invoices to Owner, reception and archive of subcontractor’s invoices and payments to subcontractors.
• General accounting of the Project.
• Hiring/Laing off personnel and management of payrolls.
• Organization chart updates.
• Control of the Project accounts, confirming lines and cash.
• Analyze subcontractors financial situation
المهارات
University degree in related field
AT LEST 3 YEARS/ 5 YEARS WOULD BE RECOMMMENDED MANAGING THE ADMINISTRATION OF A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. HAVING WORKED ABROAD IS A PLUS
Computer literate Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English & Spanish. Arabic is a plus. KNOWLEDGE OF NAVISION SOFTWARE WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL.
Nationality: Spanish nationality or any nationality who can speak spanish in a perfect level
