To Coordinate between Training Department and HR, Accounts, Operation, and other Functions. Maintain Training Database, files, and records.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Works Closely with Training Specialists and internal parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude training courses held
2. Coordinate administrative work flow
3. Considered as the HR System / Talent Management Module Admin
4. Update and follow delegated administrative tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
5. Maintain procedures to ensure consistent performance of routines
6. Performs administrative and training support activities
7. Part of training evaluation process after employees conclude the probation period.
8. Coordinate training schedules and activities for staff with external providers
9. Amend and revise programs and agendas on HR system / DMS as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
10. Collect Training Needs through HR system and participate in TNA and investigate needs for Staff and departments
11. Help Specialists / staff solve specific training problems that arises during / before training sessions
12. Run effective induction programs for new staff, and act as an orientation partner when needed
13. Keep track and maintain all training records on HR System / DMS
14. Stay up to date by following up relevant bulletins / articles
15. Attend internal and external meetings when required
16. Attend position relevant courses
17. Reports the following:
• Employees’ Status Change Report; change in ID#, Locations, Deactivation
• Statement of Account report and follow-up; with Training Providers / GM
• Level 2 Training Evaluation report
• UMA Training email activity report
• Training Undertaking report
