- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations.
- Manage the financial control functions of the branches.
- Manage appropriate reserves for receivables, inventory, and cost change in accordance with overall company policy.
- Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountant.
- Oversees financial control for routine branch business activity including credit approval, collections oversight, and payables supervision.
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
- Prepare all financial reports, budgets and forecasts as required by local and regional management.
- Compliance with all local tax regulations (including VAT).
- Monitoring performance and efficiency.
- Monitoring account receivables and Collections
- Suggest/implement ideas to improve the financial performance of the company.
- Dealing with multiple banks and managing facilities.
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 15 years of experience in a managerial role
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written) Arabic is a plus
• Leadership and decision making skills
• Analytical Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Communication Skills
• Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to details
• Negotiation skills
• Presentation skills
• Hands on ERP systems
• Candidates already in Saudi Arabia on a transferable iqama is Must.
