الوصف الوظيفي Creates and maintain a work environment free from all forms of unlawful discrimination and unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment. Ensures that all menu items are made according to recipe and our recipe standards. Adheres to company standards and service levels to increases sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs. Oversees food estimates, food orders, and orders with purveyors within established guidelines. Ensures sanitary practices and maintenance of the entire restaurant and premises. Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, local law and ensures all health inspections meet required state standards. Oversees all restaurant administrative requirements including cash handling, completion of guest liability, property, casualty, workers compensation reports and governmental compliance. Ensures that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, customers and company assets. Develops initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts. Maintains effective cost controls in support of these initiatives. Ensures a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports promptly in the event a customer or employee is injured. المهارات o degree in Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field, preferred. Experience/Skills: oAt least (5) years as Restaurant manager experience in Fast Food Restaurants. oMust be able and willing to work a flexible schedule oHave a good command in English. oComputer skills (MS. Office). oArabic Nationality, transferable Iqama. oLess than 40 years.
