Job Description http://enpro.com.sa/ ESSENTIAL DUTIES Preparing weekly sales plan and forecasting sales prospects. Visiting the customers to introduce the company for new requirements. Generating the quotations in coordination with sales manager. Following up the submitted quotation with the customers and accordingly updating CRM. Following up with customer for down payment for approved sales order. Following up project status with project manager. Submitting the invoice – delivery note and following up the final payment Preparing sales & forecast report for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly for their sales respectively. Any other duties as assigned by sales manager. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No Supervisory Responsibilities KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Customer Retention New Customers Closing Percentage Enquiry to sales order conversion ratio. COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATION Internal: All Departments External: Customers, Local and International Suppliers. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Education Experience: From (03 - 05 years’) experience in the field of IT. Training Advanced training programs in IT Management. Training programs in sales management.
