Train and supervise quality control personnel, including inspectors and laboratory technicians, to ensure that they are properly trained and capable of performing their duties. 7. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and minimize the risk of product recalls. 8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FDA and USDA regulations, and maintain necessary certifications, such as HACCP and SQF. 9. Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the quality control process. 10.
