Manage, design, develop and implement an integrated Talent/Training Management System that comprise of a performance management process and competency development initiative for the organization and ensure its alignment with the business needs and capability requirements of the organization to remain competitive in the market Career development and succession planning
Manage, design, develop and maintain the framework to govern all professional training and development initiatives in the organization
Manage, design, develop and maintain effective curriculum (course materials) development across the department’s programs in line with market intelligence and the Organizational Strategic Plan
Develop learning objectives and goals for each new curriculum and review learning objective for existing curriculum
Conduct research and consult with key collaborators for curriculum development purposes
In collaboration with DFP Departmental managers, coordinate activities and monitor implementation of training and development initiatives of the institute and ensure compliance and effectiveness in achieving its objectives.
Plan, manage, monitor ROI and business risk effectively to ensure substantial benefits are gained from development initiatives across the institute.
To conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees. And to set up individualized training plans to strengthen an employee’s existing skills or to teach new ones.
Responsible in the preparation, analysis, budgeting and implementation of relevant organization strategies, projects and initiatives.
Develop and maintain training policies and procedures and ensure that it support the business needs of the organization.

Demonstrate sound organizational, analytical and conceptual skills, and the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to create curriculum that deliver the relevant competencies required by the industry
Acquainted with theories and practices in technical and vocational learning environment
Must be able to work with all levels of management, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and customer service approach
Must be a team-player and a good team leader. Must be capable of taking a very disciplined and process driven approach to delivery of Training solutions and services.
Excellent computer skills and keep pace with emerging and innovative trends.
Broad experience in all areas of Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Management Technology projects
