الوصف الوظيفي COLLECTING AND ANALYZING TRAINING NEEDS FROM CLIENT FOR QUALIFICATION AND SHORT COURSES DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING QUALIFICATION / CURRICULUM INCLUDING TRAINING MATERIALS AND BOOKLETS OF THE COURSES PREPARING, CONDUCTING AND VERIFYING ASSESSMENTS IN THE RELEVANT DOMAIN. ANALYZING RESULTS AND PREPARING REPORTS FOR THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERING SHORT COURSES RELATED TO FOOD QUALITY/SAFETY MANAGEMENT DEVELOP AND DESIGN WRITTEN PROGRAMS INCLUDING SHORT COURSES RELATED TO FSMS DELIVER COURSES AND TRAINING TO CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES MAINTENANCE OF GMP/HACCP SYSTEM IN THE FOOD MANUFACTURING PILOT PLANT FACILITIES TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER TO THE FOOD TECHNOLOGY AND OTHER RELEVANT STAFF. GENERAL TASKS ENSURE THAT DEPARTMENTAL OBJECTIVES AND KPI’S ARE MET. ENSURE THE PROVISION OF NEEDED EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES AS WELL AS HEALTH AND SAFETY ELEMENTS ARE TAKEN CARE OF FOR STAFFS AND TRAINEES. OTHER REGULAR DEPARTMENTAL TASKS المهارات QUALIFICATION AS LEAD AUDITOR IN FSMS LIKE ISO 22000, HACCP LEVEL 4 ETC. COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT FOOD/ FOOD SAFETY/ FOOD QUALITY/ FOOD INSPECTION 5-10 YEARS OF INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE IN FOOD QUALITY, MANAGEMENT, AND SAFETY EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING WRITTEN PROGRAMS AND CONDUCTING TRAINING IN FSMS LIKE HACCP/ ISO 22000/ GMP ETC.
