المهارات
Education:
Professional kitchen apprenticeship or artistic training course
Expertness:
5-10 years
Experience in factory and production line with good expertness in food production in general, and sweets as a special privilege.
Job requirements:
Knowledge of chocolate production techniques e.g. Tempering, Molding, decorating etc..
Deep knowledge in the characteristics of the frequently used ingredients
Experience in working with production lines, chocolate processing
Creativity in developing new products
Good communication skills in Arabic and English
Define, implement and optimize manufacturing schedules and resource shift patterns on a cost-effective basis
Leadership, sense of organization, good experience in project and team management
Computer skills:
Ability to use all statistics and mathematics techniques
Ability to analyze and marketing survey with ability to get a Public opinion research.
Reports preparing skills
Ability to defined the problems with collecting all the necessary data with setting up the facts and Preconception to get useful results
Languages abilities :
Well known in reading & writing and spoking in both Arabic and English
Targeted industries :
Cakes and sweets and food production
Obtaining a transforming sponsorship is highly preferred
