الوصف الوظيفي 1. Assign suitable tasks to direct reports and follow up on progress. 2. Post-training, conduct observations, and maintain accurate records of staff individual observation reports as well as a collective observation profile. 3. Lead on curriculum development & design as per industry’s requirements/competencies as well as in line with the primary objectives. 4. Ensure all educational materials are uploaded onto the shared drive in the formats provided. 5. Plan timetables, recruitment, and resources well in advance. 6. Deliver lessons to student groups in their own field of expertise. 7. Be responsible for the general logistics around the teaching process in the Department. 8. Ensure that departmental objectives and KPI’s are met. 9. Develop and adapt the syllabus & curriculum to be highly applied 10. Leadership and performance management of staff. 11. Manage the qualifications & programs including delivery, research, advisory services, and operational activities with implemented industries best practice. 12. Ensure the provision of needed equipment and facilities, as well as health and safety elements, are taken care of for staff and trainees. 13. Identifies and provides proposals to address any threats, challenges, and opportunities to assist and enable a better decision. المهارات 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Dairy / Food Technology or similar profession. 2. Minimum 8 years of teaching / or with extensive training experience in the industry as Trainer. 3. Experience of curriculum development. 4. Experience in Financial / budgetary management. 5. Familiar with Quality Assurance in Education 6. Experienced in coaching other teachers and colleagues 7. Demonstrated effective ability to Teach / Coach 8.
