الوصف الوظيفي 2. Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization. 3. Creating learning and development policies & Procedures. 4. Presents in-person and online training sessions. 5. Designing in-house, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, and action learning & e-learning. 6. Designing & creating course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs 7. Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment and manages course enrollment. 8. Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments 9. Create brochures and training materials. Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations. 10. Establish a Career Path Program Producing training materials for in-house courses 11. Manages costs for all programs, productions, and publications in order to report to organization executives regarding a return on investment 12. Evaluate the needs of organization and plan training programs accordingly. Conduct performance evaluations. Evaluating training and development programs 13. Provide leadership development education. Devising individual learning plans Build solid relationships with training providers 14.
