1. Deliver training to the trainees on specified standards and evaluate trainee’s progress.
2. Develop the training material as per module profile and specified assessment criteria.
3. Analyze the training needs and alignment the learning outcomes with module profile.
4. Examine the training facilities and course requirements to improve the training facilities.
5. Supervising group of trainees undertaking project work, practical work or theoretical lectures.
6. Assessing competence using criteria agreed with training staff including work-based assessments.
7. Providing learning support to trainees as appropriate and ensuring that learning records are kept up to date and provided as required.
8. Undertaking recording of trainees attendance in accordance with the Polytechnic procedures
9. Participating in training material preparation work as directed by supervisors
Performing real-time trouble shooting to train the trainees
المهارات
1. Understand the personnel Health & Safety requirement to relate to electrical and mechanical work.
2. Able to interpret the electrical and mechanical drawings for the purpose of maintenance and troubleshooting.
3. Knowledge of the molding process and process flow chart
4. Able to identify and troubleshoot the fault in the mold
5. Able to carry out operational activities on Blow Molding and Injection Molding as per SOP
6. Able to use modern technical drawing tools to draw electrical and mechanical drawings.
7. Able to do basic metalwork and machining operations.
8. Able to perform service and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic devices.
9. Understand the hydraulic and pneumatic system and able to troubleshoot the faults.
10. Able to install the electrical wiring to control the different types of industrial process and devices.
11. Able to assemble/disassemble the pumps and motors for purpose of service and maintenance.
12. Connect the electrical power to electrical equipment and devices.
13. Able to troubleshoot the electrical and mechanical faults of machines used in Plastic industry.
14. Should possess good communication and training skills
