الوصف الوظيفي remotely and escalating appropriately to facilitate customer work and provide customer satisfaction. 2- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Microsoft Windows, hardware, system failures or bugs and software problems to ensure proper running to the PC. 3-Perform basic computer wired and wireless network troubleshooting to facilitate other duties like diagnose and troubleshooting. 4- Notifying Site leads for any ongoing faults or training to take any required precautions. 5-Communicate and assist users through a series of a¢tions to help set up system or resolve issues. 6- Setup new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues to ensure proper log in for each new user. 7- Handle and receive customer’s calls and requests on daily and weekly basis to finalize the daily operations and start assessing, resolving the issues as per approved process and procedures. 8- Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions to have reference for each record. 9- Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Networking, Computer Science.
