1. Carry out work studies and balance production processes to improve operational KPI’s
2. Evaluate existing systems and modify as appropriate to improve performance.
3. Improve process capability and production volume while improving production rates, efficiencies,
yields, costs and changeovers.
4. Compose procedures for new operations.
5. Oversee design, construction and operation of new equipment installation. Determine and introduce
optimum facility and equipment lay‐outs.
6. Responsible of operational introduction of new products / formulations in line with new product
development process.
7. Assist in equipment repair to aid in diagnosis and problem solving.
8. Utilize research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly in CAD (Solidworks and Autocad).
9. Help further company culture of implementing innovative processes and continually improving existing
processes.
10. Investigate, discuss and solve complex problems by interacting with manufacturing departments, R&D;engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
11. Review TDS of raw material, process and manufacturing change request regarding its suitability to be
applied in the existing plant assets.
12. Knowledge and experience of mixing machines (fluid control systems)
13. Resource machinery and provide data to support applications for capital expenditure as part of
continuous improvement
14. Maintain the waste‐water treatment plant and solvent recovery plant effluent compliance.
15. Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
16. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. To strictly follow company
maintenance guidelines, MSDS familiarity and SOP’s.
17. Biannually pass improvement projects to plant manager as part of KAIZEN. This is a practice for
