الوصف الوظيفي
 Before starts filling all cans should be properly cleaned and should be free from dust and other contamination.
 Filling men make sure that all cans should be printed and labeled in prior and should be ready for filling.
 Duty of filling operator is to check whether the batch no, color, drum size (E.g.,DP,DK,DL,Gallon or carton) given in the batch ticket and printed cans are same.
 For products like (Khayal powder, Ebdaa toner) filling men should use plastic bag and pouch bag.
 Filling operator should know what type of barmil (SASO or without SASO, plastic or steal) is used for filling the products.
 Before starting the filling sample printed cans and label should be shown to supervisor for verification.
 Filling operator should fill the exact quantity as mentioned in the batch ticket. Always check whether same cans and pallets are used as mentioned in the batch ticket.
 Any new instructions of Specific Gravity Calculation by supervisor should be verified by filling men before starting the filling.
 Care should be taken by the filling men while closing the cap of barmil. Always cap should be closed tightly without any gap.
 During filling if any abnormalities such as improper mixing, foreign material presence inside the drum found then immediately filling men should inform the supervisor.
 Filling men should ensure that area should be properly cleaned before and after filling and all tools should be arranged in their respective places.
 Filling time don’t spread the paints in the cans
 After completing the filling operator should calculate how many barmil or cartons filled and if there is more than 0.5% loss immediately inform to the supervisor.
 Any delay in filling or shortage of paint, filling operator need to give exact reason to the immediate supervisor.
 Supervisor has the authority to change the filling men to any place and any time for support if needed. Filling men should obey supervisors decision and work accordingly.
 If there is no work for more than 30 minutes need to do house keeping activities in their respective places.
 Spitting in floor and kicking the barmil is strictly prohibited and if found severe action will be taken by management.
 Filling men working in floor area should follow 5S and safety norms as per the supervisor advice.
