Duties and Responsibilities
Allocate resources and detail work throughout the section, ensuring its constant flow and distribution.
Control, monitor and review bulk and high value standing orders ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained
Review departmental procedures and make recommendations to enhance systems.
Advise and assist Material Assistants and user in resolving Medical/ Technical queries relating to their product allocations
Advise and assist Material Assistants and user departments m determining the specification and quantity of material to be ordered.
Assist in the review and technical interpretation of BAR requests.
Liaise with user departments, supply operations and MMS concerning viability .and scheduling of standing orders.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
المهارات
Experience/familiarity Ms Office applications e.g Word, Excel etc.
Knowledge of Medical Materials
Good communication and negotiating skills.
Ability to supervise clerical staff if necessary.
Education
materials management or other supply management field
