H2S Technician

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for rigging up and maintaining cascade breathing air systems and electronic gas detection systems on operating rigs and rigless segments.

Responsible for maintaining a safe environment when drilling through H2S, responsible for advising on safer practices when dealing with H2S and general safety.

Installs, inspects, repairs, and tests fire equipment, hydrostatic test equipment, and monitoring devices.

Conducts detailed visual inspections and system functional tests of various systems and equipment for the purpose of reporting any deficiencies and corrective action as well as recommendations to customer.

Performs receipt, inspection, cleaning, servicing, reassembling and testing of various SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) and other respiratory equipment and breathing air equipment in accordance with approved testing and service procedures.

Takes care in use of all site specific, facility and customer required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

Decent English proficiency
Must be self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
Base in Jubail.
Project Period: 1-2 months starting from mid of January.
Salary range: SAR 5000 total.
Working hours: 12H per day.
