Job requirements:
Ensure 100% safety and occupational health of the people as well as the safety of operations, company assets and the environment through proper planning, inspection, monitoring, follow-up and resolution of all HSE-related matters and issues.
Coordinate with local safety & environmental authorities (RC or others) as and when required
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g., not using protective equipment)
Lead Team of Safety Champions and increase awareness on floor through toolbox talks and monthly safety KPI review, Topic is based on prevailing situations/observations, and.
Prepare responses to customer’s HSE questionnaire and prepare presentation as required.
Knowledge of leading or participating in incident investigations and root cause analysis
Basic understanding and application of the HSE Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001) and continuous improvement
Good knowledge of MS Office
On-time and accurate response to fire emergency conditions and situations.
NEBOSH Certified HSE Officer/Supervisor with excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Arabic)
Control the stock and issuance of PPE.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Safety engineering
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English
Good computer skills
