Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Perform routine and internal quality audits and create reports.
Make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
Create training materials and operating procedures.
Prepare inspection plan and certificate profile through SAP.
Perform routine and non-routine inspections and quality tests.
Release raw materials and finished products.
Calibrate lab equipment and production scales.
Participate in conducting Root Cause Analysis.
Work Concentration:
Prepare analytical methods using lab twin screw extruder, compaction mill, mixer, press machine and analytical instruments.
المهارات
Required Skills and Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance and Control Specialist or similar role.
Proficient in MS Excel application.
Good English communication skills, both in verbal and written.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Flexibility to work in shift as QC Technician reliever.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of QC tools and methods.
Specialized in ISO 9001 quality system.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity in SAP Quality Module.
Professional certification in Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science/Engineering, or any related degree.
