Site Operations Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
The site operations engineer will be responsible to operate a new generation spent caustic treatment unit on-site at refineries and petrochemical factories. The engineer must also be knowledgeable about the safety standards and procedures. The operations engineer will also have to lead a team of operators and maintenance engineers. The site operations engineer will also oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of the unit. Training on the handling, operation, and safety procedures of the unit will be provided.

The candidate must have a transferable iqama (for Non-Saudis) and hold a valid driver’s license.

Competitive salary and benefits are included in the package, including housing allowance, vehicle allowance, travel allowance, medical insurance, GOSI, etc.

The candidate will be expected to begin on Sunday, October 2, 2022.

المهارات
- Understanding of the importance of process control with direct industry experience

- High awareness of safety related actions in this application

- Understanding of technical and process details

- Capability and willingness to initially also a have “hands on” job as preparation for becoming the Direct Responsible Person (DRP)

- Experience with handing chemicals [acid, base, oxidants]

- Understanding of mechanical and process related functions

- Basic understanding of fluid mechanics

- Solid understanding of measurement and control

- Experience with surveying a project site to determine equipment necessary for most efficient rigging and compliance with high level of safety standards.

- Comply with all plant environmental, health and safety standards, identify, and report hazards.

- Supervised work crews in order to keep within safety standards pertaining to each job.

- Understanding of Equipment management/maintenance
