An exciting opportunity is available for Planner Located in Jubail, KSA
Job Purpose
The role of Analyzer Planner is to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of manpower, parts and material, and equipment access.
Role responsibilities:
Convert notification to work order and package preparation including initial MDG creation during preparation.
Identify spares required and review with supervisor.
Plan, schedule and review daily activities with maintenance supervisor and OMC.
Follow up for material and services required in daily basis including PR creation.
Attending OPS/Maint daily morning meeting and provide feedback to OPS.
All related PR, PO, invoice and SES tracking and follow up.
Scope of work preparation and review along with specialist / Supervisor.
Review of quotation and proposal along with specialist / Supervisor.
Shutdown schedule preparation.
Budgeting and cost consumption report on monthly basis, including ARC utilization report.
Schedule accuracy (man hour utilization) weekly report, every Sunday.
Raw material Evaluation: Introduction and approval of new raw material or supplier by testing and evaluation, Control of raw material quality by auditing the concern department.
Qualification and Requirements:
Degree or Diploma Mechanical, Instruments, Electrical
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial business as Planner
