WPS qualification process

New welder qualification and old welders’ re-qualification

Handling customer inspection like IMI, GE, etc for fabrication inspection

Complete inspection, testing & of lifting beams

NDT coordination for UT, MPI & RT

المهارات
Familiar with ARAMCO , SABIC Standards

Vendor Evaluation

QC dossier Preperation

NOI and ITP/QP and RCA and conducting PIM

Good knowledge of all the standard measuring instruments & gauges and calibration

GMAW & SAW welding – process & inspection

NDT examinations (VT, PT, MPI, UT & RT) – Preferred to have Level II qualifications

Computer literacy – MS Office, ERP software such as SAP.

Handling customer inspections.
